• Sunday, February 19 through Sunday, February 19: Amateur/Montclair Ski Clubs Race - GS/SL.....HSC too????. SKI RACING! Montclair Cup Race Race against the Best of the Best of the other clubs, and against other HSC’’ers on a timed race course. Schedule subject to change..
• Saturday, February 25 through Saturday, February 25: Junior Mogul Challenge. The final leg of the Junior Triple Crown. Open to kids 15 and under. Cost: $10 8 AM Registration 11 AM Start.
• Saturday, February 25 through Sunday, February 26: Paradise Weekend. Come join the fun and the "Paradise" feel of this special weekend. Saturday breakfast will include oatmeal w/toppings, bagels w/ cream cheese, and fruit. Saturday dinner will include a couple of different pasta dishes, salad, and garlic bread. • Saturday, March 10 through Monday, March 12: Telefest at MRG!. Telefest 2012 at MRG! The world’s largest and oldest gathering of Telemark skiers. Cost: Special Telemark Tickets must be purchased to participate in festival events. Please remember that brushing your teeth and taking showers is still strongly encouraged. For you teenage boys...showering every weekend is much appreciated. We all know where the fire hose is if not!.
• Saturday, March 24 through Saturday, March 24: Mad River Glen Family Tournament. A fun family oriented race where participants compete for winning family combinations. Father-Son, Father-Daughter, Mother-Son, Mother-Daughter, Brother-Sister, Brother-Brother, Sister-Sister, Grandfather-Grandson, Grandfather-Granddaughter, Greandmoterh-Grandson, Grandmother-Granddaughter, etc?? Cost: $5 per person .

The Hartford Ski Club (HSC) was founded in 1936 by skiing enthusiasts who wanted to foster interest in both the recreational and competitive aspects of the sport.

The HSC was founded on two basic principles:

• a low cost approach to skiing
• member involvement in club activities

These characterize the Club's informal, happy, low-key but well organized approach to skiing.
